Chasing Ghost can sometimes be the hardest issues to get over.
The fact that sometimes these ghosts haunt your thoughts of never making it to the next stage. And sometimes the past will hold you back if you don't say they are just that the past. I say that you have to decide if the memories still have a hold on life. I think the words in the Song When I get over you can shade some light in some areas but not all.  Chasing Ghost can also become chasing success in the eyes of another. What will your Ghost become? It does not have to be a lost lover or the death of a relationship.
