Positive conversations provide enough mental protein, which is vital for optimal daily health. What's more, this nutrient is particularly essential for weight loss. While you read this, you must be wondering why conversations play a significant role in your daily health. The answer is that "words" presented and shared in a daily conversation contain mental vitamins or destructive cells that enter your brain and travel to each cell in your body. High positive protein intake can boost metabolism significantly while making you feel full enough to automatically eat fewer calories and receive less destructive words.
In other words, take in fewer destructive cells from the words in a conversation.
It can also reduce cravings for poor conversations and your desire to lose sleep at night.
Sufficient protein intake has also been shown to lower blood sugar and blood pressure levels. Again why, when poor conversations enter your daily life, they raise your blood pressure by creating anger, confusion,  in your thoughts and decisions, along with doubt and fear. It is proven when you are restless, the brain functions poorly. Leading to poor health and eating habits and less of a desire to exercise.  With negative conversation, you become less confident and self-assured. If you receive a negative conversation at the end of each day from friends, lovers, family members or business associates or co-workers, you become part of the cycle of less active for the betterment of self.  You start to wonder if the glass is half empty or half full for you. But if you take in more meaningful conversations, you began to process the direction you are headed in or the functions you need to make a greater you from positive discussions. Now we must discuss what are positive discussions while in the midst of poor talks.
