The Don S. McClure Show Live - Guilty Feelings- Past or Current Actions
You are sitting in a place surrounded by memories and thoughts from your past actions; your mind starts to evaluate your current decisions setting forth the release of emotional feelings driven by guilt as you find yourself in deep thought.

You ask yourself why you feel guilty about an action or event in your life.
Guilt is the memory of failed actions or your lack of non-commitment to better decisions, "Guilt" can become as harmful as a stab wound to the heart.   This memory action triggered by sad thoughts of regret,  "the, what if I had done this or that" or "if I had only moved faster" or "said something before now" or "I wish I had taken action during this event, making the outcome better or different.

The main objective of fighting guilt or guilty feelings is first to accept what has happened has already taken place and cannot be reversed.
Second: blaming yourself for indecision makes the pain worse and will not erase the guilt feeling.
The key to fighting guilt is to accept that you made a decision, and it might not have been the best decision or action at that momentous event. Events that are out of your control or functions that lead to poor choices could cost the human spirit.  It will be a strong and lasting battle to set the record straight in your mind, but for the sake of your mental well being, you have to accept what has happened and move forward. Not that it won't hurt, but it will ease the pain to know you accept what decision you made, and for better or worst, you agree that the outcome might not have been the best. But one you made. And if you had to do it all over again, you might have done something different, but there is no guarantee that some of the events would not still be the same.
