The Don S. McClure Show Live -  Coloring your Thoughts with fear And anxiety? " Have a healthy mind will bring a healthy body."
What stresses one person may be easy for another because stress has more to do with how we react to an event than the event itself. We all give our own meaning to people, objects, and events around us, and that meaning is colored by our past experiences and interpretations.

Take for example; Most of us grew up with thoughts of being great, or successful, or married to a young man or young woman we grew up with.
As we continued to grow, we were challenged with the thoughts of being perfect, and when we didn't make the grade. Some of those around us became upset with the errors we made.  We heard what's wrong with you: that you make such foolish decisions about someone to date or school or even a job.

Sometimes we were yelled or laughed at. Our conclusion in our mind became, "I am no good. I am not loveable. I can't do anything right.  Or the most famous, "Something is wrong with me!"
Some of us, on the other hand, grew up with similar words but didn't see ourselves as a "lost" child.

As a result of our mind-body connection early, we took on the thoughts of completion of any project, relationship, or job as our way of becoming stronger with our mind-body connection. As a result of this connection that we call mind-body, for some reason, we do not know. The stronger individual can see things differently and feel some control of various decisions instead of taking the words or' behaviors and attitudes of others personally.
