Most of the time, when people bring up a subject or issue to discuss, the party on the receiving end always desires that the person has some real idea about what they speak of or ask questions about; well, in this case, I just happen to have first-hand knowledge of both subjects on our show tonight. The health part is the easy one since I believe once we find out and discuss and place in a book, a folder, or diary the health reports of our parents, brothers, and sisters if we have any and, of course, if we have children by or with someone you really need to know their health history. This area of information is essential in case of: accidents or in the case of illness with your children, and what they can be allergic to any type of medicine based on family history and always blood type and (DNA) records if possible.

Now part two of our subject matter: Well, without some of the information from the above listings, you could end of dating someone you fall deeply in love with or have sex with or maybe even a child, and you had no idea they were closely related to you, through no fault of your own.

And believe me, I ran into this first hand.
