How important are those extensions in your life from family?

Sometimes as you look through old photos you find memories that were buried deep into your soul and sometimes they bring joy beyond belief as to where you were or who are these individual faces in a snapshot, in a family album, or just your own private collection.  Well, they are the extensions of your life,  they are the images of brothers and sisters they came from a long line of parents or the grandchildren of your own. They can be the nephews and nieces given birth by a family member, and if you had no children of your own the extensions in your life are still with you from those who came before you connected through great uncles, and aunts, a favorite aunt or uncle or a distant cousin or two. The funny part about extensions is that fact you have no control of how they will proceed in life, whether they will have children of their own or marry into another culture or marry at all.

Their path in life even though connected to yours in some way is just that extension of where you came from and the beginning seeds that started the entire cycle of life.  Sometimes memories will be reflected upon for no reason and other times it will be a private thought that brings the words events and actions such as a birthday or a celebration and sometimes a sad moment with a visit to a loved one who is ill. But still, the extensions of you are real and sometimes you get to watch them like seeds growing as the years' pass.
