No matter how much you think life is all bad, it is not. 

Every life within each person's sphere has to have some seeds of good and joy. No one on this planet has experienced all 100% bad. Not one person can say that every day since birth has experienced only bad. This is true because I have a saying, "It does not rain forever." Even the weather has to change at some point, with Hot and cold, and rain, snow, and ugly,
But even the weather can not remain the same.

Stop looking at the worst in life as the whole sum of your life; just try to find the moments when you were filled with joy, and try to make the best of your life now.
