Citing her four kids as the reason for her departure from the White House, Kellyanne Conway, a Counselor to the President and one of his most outspoken, ardent supporters, is leaving her position at the end of the month. Conway's announcement comes days after her high school daughter tweeted about how Conway's White House position ruined their family; Conway's own husband, George T. Conway III, a conservative lawyer and outspoken critic of Trump, will be stepping away from his role at the Lincoln Project, a group of Republicans devoted to defeating Trump in November.

With all this soap opera-like drama surrounding our political leaders, how can we expect our country to recover--or even get through--a pandemic, a national election, and the impending recession
