Is It A Conservative Value to Suppress The Rights of People

Today, people are slef-governed. That means we elect or choose our leaders. In Biblical days, God appointed a leader by speaking to the prophets and telling them whom to choose.. God doesn't speak to prophets today by telling them who to appoint or to anoint someone. People choose their leaders. Is it a right to choose our leader? Who declared conservativeness as a human value that is better than any other? And that said value is ordained and sanctioned by God?The value of faith, family, and God are human values. Using conservativeness to suppress people's rights to abortion, and choosing a partner is the suppression of human rights. Just like using conservativenss to choose a leader who engages in the suppression of voters to choose a leader is voter suppression.
