Health Activist Writers Challenge of WEGO Health

Health Care blog review and discussion, featuring WEGO Health activist blogs from Health Activist Writers Month Challenge (#HAWMC on Twitter). This Challenge involved thirty posts in 30 days by a host of Activists who advocate for specific diseases or causes.  Dr Synonymous blog was used as a Family Medicine Activist site for 30 posts. Dr Jonas marveled at the high quality of the writing and the important human message in each of the posts.  Life in a Puddle by a woman with hyperhydrosis was one of the most unique sites reviewed.  People with Crohn's Disease, Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Scleroderma, Sjogren's Syndrome, Adrenal Insufficiency, and Fibromyalgia are mentioned.  Many others write in detail about their daily lives and the impact of a chronic disease.  I salute these powerful activists and their message.  A chat room allows listeners to comment and interact.
