Courtney Long is a Transformational Life Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Social Worker. With her company LGBT Caring Warriors, she empowers giving, caring adults to courageously care for themselves first, so they can care for others BETTER—with special emphasis on the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. She supports Caring Warriors in living an inspired life of self-acceptance, self-care, health, balance & energy.

Courtney is the author of “Rejuvenating Refuge: Uplifting Journal for Caring Warriors.” This guided journal provides caregivers and other caring adults a safe place to let go of stress, guilt & frustration; make tiny action steps toward Tender Loving Self-Care (TLsC); and feel refreshed and rejuvenated as they care for others. She draws from her rich experience in geriatric social work and wellness coaching. She is based in Phoenix, AZ yet works with clients worldwide, providing empowering one-on-one care sessions, online support groups, inspirational workshops and teleclasses.
