Co-Founder of eCareDiary and well known eldercare expert, Susan Baida, will interview Dr. William Simonson, a Consultant Pharmacist with expertise in Geriatric Pharmacy and a Senior Research Professor (Pharmacy Practice), Oregon State University.

Dr. Simonson has been active in the area of geriatrics and long-term care pharmacy practice for more than thirty years. He has more than 150 publications on the subject, is the author of two books, Medications & the Elderly: A Guide for Promoting Proper Use and Consultant Pharmacy Practice (editions 1 and 2), and has delivered more than 600 scientific presentations at local, national and international symposia. He serves as Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Co-Chair for the PharMerica Corporation, a provider of comprehensive pharmacy services for more than 300,000 long-term care residents and also serves as a consultant pharmacist for the PharMerica Corporation. He also maintains an active consultant pharmacy practice in assisted living.
