As founder of The Little Breathing Space coaching, the host and founder of A Little Breathing Space podcast, and author of The Mindful Menopause.

Clarissa specializes in helping women overcome information overload, poor sleep, chronic pain, menopause symptoms, time and energy management problems, and other conditions that may hinder their ability to live calm, confident and content lives.

Her Mindfulness in Daily Life approach is the premise behind her coaching, workshops, and mindfulness exercises.
