Doing Little and Expecting Much

When we look at people who seem to be reaping a harvest of blessings, do we ever take a moment to consider what kind of life they live?  As we are approaching the Christmas holiday, I'm hearing a lot of people make request of things they desire - but they've not been following the rules that would allow them to receive.  So my question this morning is, How are you living?  Are you one of those who claims Christianity but are not disciplined enough to live a consecrated life?  Do you fall back on the old phrase, "God knows my heart"?
