TONIGHT's: "Special Broadcast" of NU Day will focus on Systematic Oppression, Police Excessive Force and Governmental Terrorism is alive and kicking in Philly and The Community's Response. EMPRESS CHI will be broadcasting LIVE from the "JUSTICE FOR ASKIA" "Rally and Demonstration" in support of Bro. Askia Sabur, another young Black man who was insanely beaten by Philly police and who is now facing a court hearing on Mon Sept, 20, 2010 for charges of reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, public nuisance, and so forth. Today's rally/demonstration will assemble at the location where the incident occurred (West Philly) and the move over to the 19th district Police Station located a few blocks away. Parts of the demonstration will be aired "LIVE" during the Rally and Hear LIVE interviews from supporters, concerned citizens and Askia's family.
