In this episode, we share how our union members should be the final authority in any agreements made with our employer—especially regarding picking rights (seniority). The privilege of Seniority Rights being in the control of our union is the Holiest of Holies as union workers at the CTA. The unilateral cancellation, alteration and manipulation of seniority is totally against the Collective Bargaining Agreement and our unions' bylaws. The members must resist any attempts to erode this right!
