We have all heard that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  So, just what does that mean to YOU?

Racism and discrimination have been active in the beauty industry for many years. Being a former model I experienced a great deal myself as I'm sure other's have as well.  To the mother's and grandmother's of girls of color, are you teaching your daughters to love themselves just as they are?  Or, are you allowing them to conform to other types of beauty standards.   And what about the young men?
