Fred Lumpkin, Corporate Work Study Director  Detroit Cristo Rey High School, joined EverythingHR host Felicia G. Harris to discuss his school's program that provides interns to businesses around Metro Detroit. Within this work study program, Fred is going on his fifth year of being responsible for over 330 students that are employees at over 80 different organizations.
