Sue Voyles, a chapter president in Southeast Michigan for Truth at Work, joins EverythingHR host Felicia G. Harris. Voyles,who completed an intensive training with the national Truth At Work organization, plans to begin leading Truth at Work Round Tables in Metro Detroit.

Truth at Work is a monthly roundtable designed to encourage business owners and executives to grow their organizations in a God-honoring way while at the same time helping one another to grow personally and professionally. Truth at Work was founded 20 years ago and currently has 72 round tables across the U.S. that are facilitated by local chapter presidents.
Voyles also is founder and president of Logos Communications, Inc.,which specializes in public relations, marketing, social media, writing and communications training.

Highlights:
● Truth at Work is a venture for Christian CEOs, presidents, business owners, and small businesses.
● How did Truth at Work get started and what transpires at the meetings?
● Felicia Harris said that there is nothing more important to her than her faith and she founded her company on ‘faith, family, and integrity.’
● A typical Truth at Work meeting is once a month with about 8-15 people.
● Truth at Work covers a curriculum discussion and application, members sharing challenges, featured member presentations, and goal setting.
●  Individuals set personal penalties if they don’t reach their goals for accountability.
●  What happens at the end of the year of the roundtable commitment?
