Donna was a special education teacher for over twenty years until she was injured while working with her young students. She sustained three hits to the head in one week. She could not return to teaching, which took some time to accept. She struggled to speak early in her recovery, and her speech therapist suggested she might try writing as a means to communicate. She has written two children's books: Lester Lion Wants To Roar, and Lester Lion Calls 911. Her first adult novel about a kidnapped boy, Paul Is Missing, was recently published. Donna's brand is hope, and she wants to encourage everyone to never give up! www.authordonnamcramer.com
