There are times in a relationship where the man and women reach an agreement that it is time to move on. Often times it is in a marriage when they realize that the flame, the love, thrill, etc… have all gone out, then comes Mr. or Mrs. Right. You have fallen in love again when you didn’t expect it whether it was someone at work, you met in passing at the grocery store, etc… But things have become serious and now it is time to tell the kids.  How do you tell them you have found that someone special other than Mom or Dad? How do you tell them that you are getting married? When is a good time to discuss the rules of the house with you children and new spouse?
