How much does anxiety affect your life? According to a 2022 American Psychological Association study on the impact of stress on daily functioning and activity, 34% of adults said they felt stress is completely overwhelming these days. And 27% of adults said that some days they are so stressed they can’t function. Faust Ruggiero says there’s more to learn about the causes and dynamics of anxiety, and he’s here to help share ways we can overcome it.
