Heart for...the Community; a radio show on SoulSistaRadio which celebrates how one person's passion and vision can bring about change..."together we can change the world, one heart at a time" ~ doreen

Be sure to listen: 11 am
(347) 857-3760 call-in

The primary objective or AIM (Awareness Increases More…) of Heart for…the Community is to increase awareness that will engage and educate listeners to become more socially responsible “changing the world, one heart at a time”.

Radio guests will fall into one or more of the following three categories:

Corporate Social Responsibility: Heart for…the Community gives for-profit businesses the opportunity to share with listeners the types of philanthropic programs their company provides, how to apply for foundation funding and to spotlight corporate initiatives that the business has to improve the community.

Nonprofit Organizations: Many nonprofit organizations struggle to obtain media outlets to market the organization’s mission and services. Mainstream radio stations often provide a “community forum”; however, it tends to air during non-peak hours of listening, (ie,. 2 am Sunday morning). Heart for…the Community will provide a forum for nonprofits to educate listeners to relevant social issues or injustices as well as an opportunity to send a “call to action” on how people can get involved.

Community Action: Heart for…the Community is a non-partisan entity and does not advocate for a particular party; instead, the focus is on relevant issues impacting the community.
