In this episode I'm chatting about some of the changes that I have made to clean up my brain space.  Sometimes we are trying to do something new by using the same things that we have always done which creates frustration and exhaustion.  I have been working on cultivativing quiet so that my mine is clear.  Marathon training is requiring alot of my mental, emotional and physical space and I need to create quiet and peace whereever I can.
