About today's guest:

Lilada Gee is the Founder of Lilada's Livingroom—a safe place for girls and women to heal. Her mission is to inspire survivors of sexual abuse to reclaim their spirits, minds and bodies. Black Woman Heal was established by Lilada to increase prevention, awareness and healing efforts of sexual abuse throughout the African Diaspora.

Lilada was presented in 2010 with the Nation Unsung Hero Award by Discovery Channel and Congressional Women's Caucus in Washington DC for her work with survivors. We will talk about her dedication to her international movement to help and heal girls and women, and her inspiring career accomplishments today. Showtime is 11AM/CST. Tune in!
