This week I am joined by Marcos Moura, someone whom I’ve always deemed to be one of the smart guys in franchise development… not because he’s an MBA, but rather, because of his street smarts.  Marcos is often an early adopter of things that later prove to be disruptive. And, speaking of disruptive, did any of you catch his LinkedIn post last week?  He posted up a picture of himself as a teenager, talking about how he had been expelled from Middle School not once, but twice, back in the day.  Well, that suggests a completely different kind of disruption, one that we should probably save for another day.

Today, we will be joined by the Marcos Moura that I know...  The affable, smart recipient of the 2020, "Two Comma Club C" award, given by Clickfunnels co-founder, Russel Brunson for grossing over $100MM.  Marcos Moura, is here to talk about targeting your ideal audience, leveraging social media, and business growth.

Marcos is the co-founder and Chief Development Officer of Amada Senior Care.  Since 2007, Amada has helped seniors and their families, as one of the only senior care companies in North America, to provide in-home, non-medical care, as well as assisted living placement consulting services. Ranked #245 in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 and as a Top 10, Best New Franchises to Invest In" – Amada also makes Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5000 fastest growing companies.

As Chief Development Officer, Marcos has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs start senior care businesses, empowering them to live life on “their” terms and do work that is meaningful - to them, to their families, and to their communities.  Collectively, they are Amada, a brand dedicated to enriching the lives of America’s rapidly aging population.
