Finding out a loved one has cancer can be overwhelming. Cancer affects not only the person diagnosed, but all those who care about that person. Walt discusses his journey as a caregiver for 32 months after his wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Caring for someone who is sick, taking on new responsibilities, and worrying about the future can be exhausting at the very least. Walt’s experience will benefit all caregivers.
In the second segment Mark will be discussing information and resources for caregivers, those who provide emotional, spiritual, financial, or logistic support to a person diagnosed with cancer.
