Today we'll be talking to Lino Fera. He is the author of the new book Fact or Vision. Lino will be joining us today on a recorded interview.

Lino has a unique perspective with almost three decades of working with entrepreneurs.  While vision is foward looking, it's also grounded in reality.  Business owners need to have tangible skills and boundaries to generate consistent profitablity.

You'll hear Lino talk about some of the entreprenuers he's met and how he's help them to develop a perspective that helps them.  What was most interesting is the fact that he writes from the perspective of a CFO.

As you might imagine a CFO provides the ulimate reality.  When vision is too lofty and high minded, those with the numbers in their hands can bring them back on a course will lead to real results.

Lino will be bringing his perspective to online radio in 2014 as he is make the final preparations for his own broadcast. He has grown up around broadcast media all of his life and will be taking his knowledge of business to the world to continue to advise entrepreneurs in areas that will help them to grow their businesses.

What you'll want to listen for in his comments are the ways that you can learn to develop a positive vision without developing an unrealistic view of what your business can do.  Because this is something that can be learned, you'll want to take notes on how you can transform your life and business into an effective one working with this take on generating profits.

Fact or Vision will be in bookstores any day now, and since I have had the priviledge to read an adfvanced copy, I can tell you that you'll want to pick it up. It's rare when a "numbers person' gives us their perspective on business. It's rarer still for a numbers person to give us their perspective on vision.

Make sure that you don't miss it!<
