Cynthia de Lorenzi of Success in the City joins us to share with us principles of working with Small Businesses to do Google Hangouts.  Cynthia is a marketing consulting in the Washington DC area and will be givng us even more of her insights on a Google Hangout.

Cynthia is sharing solid information with both consultatns and business owners on things that they can do in order to gain more exposure using Google Hangouts. Interestingly, she has opened up our thinking when she talks about what they do for the authority of those that host them.

For consultants, they are a must because they build in collaboration in way that you cannot do otherwise.  Basically, you're giving your guests the opportunity to share their expertiese with the validation of the third party.

But an interesting exchange happens.  The third part is also validated by the appearance of the guest.  Therefore, there is a win-win scenario every time a program is constructed with two or more disparate parties.

Cynthia is located in Washington DC and has access to many interesting peeople as a result.  However, that should not stop you if you're not located in a city like DC.  First, everyone that Cynthia has access to, you'll also have access to. Secondly, you'll probably find those hidden gems in your local area, if you look for them.

One of the other things that occured to me while interviewing Cynthia is the need for us to continue to provide those that listen to us the kind of content that truly helps them to grow and profit.  I think that information is plentiful today, but there isn't much out there that helps business owners to become more profitable.

That is what I like about Cynthia in this interview. Her view is profits and not just acitvity.  Social media is great, but you need to be interesting in order for it to truly work for you. Sit back now and enjoy!
