Sure, COVID-19 is killing our economy, bringing out wacky protesters, showing more of the true colors of "media", and revealing that companies and organizations that hardly need "relief" (*Cough*Shake Shack*Cough*Harvard*Cough*Kennedy Center*Coug*Corporation for Public Broadcasting*Cough)) are getting it anyway. And of course, sports--except WWE--are still "dark". Hell, even World Poker is cancelled!
But...there ARE sports and games you can still play and/or enjoy! Turkey hunting should be in full swing in most states south of the Ohio River, golf courses are still open in some places, you can always find a place to fish. And, while not sports, maybe, games of cards, chess, and backgammon are always fun. OK, maybe not "fun", but better than watching or listening to the news. I'll talk about a few diversions this week, along with the usual news from politics, sports, and, why not, COVID-19. Please join me this Wednesday, 4/22/2020, 6pm Eastern!
