Rashida Koster is my special guest.  She is a well-rounded educator in the science with a Graduate Degree from the University of Georgia, and a dancer.  She is physically fit and the founder of R.E.H.L. (Raw Earth Healing and Living).  

R.E.H.L. is an offshoot of New Moon Radiance Enterprises which is a business that strives to build up people in health and love.

The business started in 2007 after three years of starting her health journey in 2004 when she battled I.B.S. (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).  Since then, she has learned so much about true health and would like to share that wisdom to heal the world one person at a time.

Currently, R.E.H.L. focus on healthy fibers and food, and fabrics such as wool and linen.  She stated wool and linen are healthy for our bodies because they are natural and therapeutic.
