Emasculated Men and "De-Feminized" Women! What's the Answer?

How do men "de-feminize" women? How do women "emasculate" men? What is the answer? What about "Traditional Roles" of masculinity and femininity, have they changed? What have gender roles changed too? Has this change been for the better? What can we do our role models do not work in our contemporary society? How do we handle it when families just are not "The Brady Bunch" or "The Cosby Show"? Somebody has to do the work, somebody has to keep the peace, somebody has to manage the finances, somebody has to do the cleaning, cooking... are these "gender specific" duties? She feels like she being forced to be "the man" and he feels like his manhood is challenged, so what is the answer? How do we make our relationships work when the economy is poor, politically everything is a fight while the media tells us to be "Attractive, Affluent, Achieve More?" Is this just another cesspool of foolishness? Or can we reason together and figure out how to make it work? How can people be together for 40 years and then get a divorce?
