God and The Political Process- Why Should I Vote?

Does it Make a Difference that I Vote? What Difference Does it Make? How Does Democracy Matter? Should I just go along to get along? It seems that Poor People Just Get Poor and Rich People Get More... is that what this Political Process is all about and where the heck is God in all this mess? What will reducing Taxes do to create Jobs? How will that be any different than when Taxes were rolled back before? Why don't we have a living wage? What is a "Filibuster" and a "Lobbyist"??? Why are Republicans and Democrats fighting each other? What are the different "branches" of Government and who is in charge? Is the President really in charge? What is the difference between "liberal" and "conservative" and "independent" designations? And how will any of this make a difference in my life? So tell why should I vote when things change they seem to get worse? And where is God in all this political stuff? What about the separation of Church and State? How should the power structure work? Did the U.S. Constitution really abolish Slavery? Why are so many Americans in jail? Do you really lose your right to vote when you go to jail or prison? Why does America incarcerate so many American Citizens? Somebody help Us through this Political Process and how does God fit in this system or is God a part of Politics at all?
