Fasting Purifies the Mind, Body and Soul to be Receptive to Allah's Influence

The human being by nature is good. Allah says in the Holy Qur'an that He created the nature of good in every human heart. And Allah says, "Most people are evil because they reject Faith in the Unseen. Allah says in the Qur'an, also that all the good that happens to mankind comes from Allah and Allah says that all the evil that happens to people comes from themselves. So, in order to stop the evil in this world, we must start with ourselves. This month of fasting, if we are sincere to Allah, Allah says in the Qur'an, He will cleanse our hearts of false and evil desires and bring back the true and good nature in our hearts. This is the only way we can defeat evil. If we don't practice self restraint, evil can cause this world to be a very misleading place. Evil keeps the human soul in Spiritual bondage. So people, the only way to free your soul is to gain control over your own evil desires. People, Allah says this world is nothing but goods and chattels of deception. Allah says Evil is the human being's enemy and Allah says treat evil as your enemy. Allah says in His book, the Qur'an, that this world is a deceiver and that this world deceives us to believe that the things that we see in this world are real and to reject the unseen. The Holy Qur'an is the only Revelation of Allah's that distinguishes the Reality of Allah from the false world that we are living in. So, Allah says the perfect weapon to kill and destroy all evil is His Truth in the Qur'an. But, Allah says we must not just read His Book, we must also practice to His Guidance in the Qur'an.
