Most of us share meals with family and friends frequently, or infrequently, but we enjoy the companionship of loved ones and those with whom we feel close. The laughter and discussion enliven us, give us food for thought and, in general, make us feel connected and a part of something larger than ourselves.

None-the-less, it is likely that you are selective about those you "break bread" with and would not allow just anyone to dine with you.

Exactly! Of course!

So, imagine that your mind is the table at which you share meals. Can you not be selective about what you will focus on and "break bread with"? Of course!

Today, John Warren and Ellen Hartwell will discuss the importance of carefully inviting who will be sitting with you at your mental "table"! Join us!
