Dr.John will talk about the importance of Professional conduct. Every one seems to be looking for an ''edge'' today yet may people forget the basics.Sme say its getting worse. Iam talking about the basics of being on time , keeping appointments,comfirming or letting your client know if you will be late or absent, calling 24 hours before your appointment if you cant make it. These things do matter and sometimes you can loose business if these basics are not put into play.
