Research shows that while the majority of women work outside the home, they still continue to do double the housework and twice as much time caring for the children as their working husbands. This is a reality that totally explains how we find many women living with a Super Woman Complex.

Because women tend to be cooperative and nurturing, most will find themselves feeling overextended at some point. In this episode, Jory and Jennifer discuss how women end up so overcommitted and how necessary it is to forego some good things in order to focus upon doing great things. They will also take a look at lessons learned from how some of the great women of the Bible used their feminine qualities as strengths while facing both personal challenges and amazing opportunities.

Pastor, counselor, and author Jennifer Miller has dedicated herself to helping people strengthen their faith and their relationships. She currently serves as Co-Executive Director for The Center for Living Well, a faith-based wellness center, and her book “No Longer Two” is now available on Amazon.
