The economy is in a state of disarray, to say the least. Jobs are harder to obtain and maintain than ever before, programs are being cut that help the homeless, elderly and disabled, and there doesn't seem to be many options any more that offer any foreseeable solutions. Our country is enriched with the powerful group of achievers and solution makers--women, yet the options for women in the workforce are slim to none, ad many issues, such as family, child care and location make it nearly impossible for a woman to execute her brilliance in the workplace. The standard rules of corporations prevent a woman from working, thus depriving the workforce, and our economy the asset of productivity that only a woman can generate. If the old double standard can be eliminated, and some accomdations could be made, this economy would undoubtedly benefit and rebuild itself from the powers of a woman's natural resourcefulness and perserverance.
