US Supreme Court Judges ruled that police no longer need to wait for a judge to sign a warrant to search your home. If there is a dispute going on and one party allows access while the other one refuses, all the police need is one occupant's consent to enter your home. While the Supreme Court's explanation quotes examples of domestic violence victims who may be in fear of their lives, this ruling doesn't take into account the exponential disasters that may, and most likely will, arise. Police brutality and horror stories of unarmed victims being shot to death have been prominent, and the African-American community believes that police officers now have a bigger avenue in which to grow and fester with this new ruling. Will this ruling give rogue officers a playground? Or does the Supreme Court have barter rules that will control their actions in light of the freer authority?
