Flip that over to Black America, and note that money is not a commodity the nation allows those communities to have, and while a majority of that community survives with allotments and stipends of public funds, the only bang for their buck they can get is from 'super sales" of bulky fatty meats, snacks and sugary drinks that the nation says is the poisonous fruit to good health. Combine that with the not-so-hidden capitalistic agendas used by farmers, manufacturing, canneries and packaging companies, and the risks will continue to increase as the desires for more money does.
