The tactics used to distract the public away from the real problem by dangling other entertainment factors or shock value occurrences on the front page. Tonight, we examine the other side of the smokescreen fence--the token gestures made by the politicians, leaders, and legal system. The National Guard is moving out, the city of Batimore is prosecuting the cops for murder, and positive news stories of businesses rebuilding after being looted or bombed are splashed across our screens.
