Mitchel Groter is the founder and CEO of Quantum Achievement Programs, LLC.

He has worked for over 20 years as a consultant, facilitator and coach.

He partners with successful leaders, who are willing to push the envelope, to achieve breakthrough results in business execution, leadership effectiveness and pursuit of a purposeful life. He helps focus leaders at all levels on what matters most and how to effectively act on it.   His interest is in helping leaders create businesses galvanized by a higher purpose and values, with aligned people, and cultures that create meaning, fulfillment, happiness and successful enterprises. He engages his audience and clients with passion, candor and practical wisdom that naturally result from his eclectic professional experiences and inspiring personal journey.

He holds a BS in Psychology. He was a New York State licensed chemical and codependency counselor and a Masters in Social Work Candidate.

He is certified YPO facilitator and an ICF Professional Certified Coach.
