Donika started her career in international development and after obtaining a Master's in International Relations, Economics, and Finance she worked in private equity for three years. After spending a year leading the turnaround of a portfolio ice cream company in Bulgaria, she discovered a passion for this business. Upon her return to the US, she combined her passions for promoting development and gelato and launched Amore - the socially responsible gourmet gelato in town.
