J. Howard "Jim" Kucher is a serial entrepreneur and recognized thought leader in social entrepreneurship who has secured over $70m in working capital on behalf of mission oriented enterprises. As Founder and Managing Director of Income For Outcomes, A Benefit LLC, Kucher works with leading and emerging social benefit initiatives to improve outcomes and increase sustainable revenues.

Kucher recently earned a Doctorate in Public Administration with a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship from The University of Baltimore, where he also earned an MBA with an entrepreneurship specialization

Among his many honors, he has been recognized as a Baltimore Renaissance Seed Scholar and an Unsung Hero of Small Business. 

An active member of the community, Jim is President of the Maryland Chapter of the Social Enterprise Alliance, a member of the board of the University of Maryland School of Social Work Community Outreach Service program, and an advisor to the Social Innovation Lab at Johns Hopkins University.
