Self-Talk is what you tell yourself in private and publically. It comes in the form of admonishing or supporting you daily if you trip up or make a "mistake." There are tools to help you improve your self-talk. For instance in books like "The Maginc of Believing" by Claude Bristol, I have found tools that have changed my life. Here's a clip of the beautiful Phyllis Diller supporting "The Magic of Believiing" and her experiences since incorporating the wisdom within.
Another tool that I use is found in the wisdom shared by Dr. Wayne Dyer in his book: "Wishes Fulfilled: The Art of Manifesting” Here’s a clip of Dr. Dyer on The Art of Manifesting, which sources God for our ability to manifest.

When you hear something in the voice that you know better than anyone else on earth and that you likely trust better than anyone else you know, you pay attention even if it is nonsense.
Although we have established that you were born with your Brilliance, negative self-talk can and does tarnish the sparkle and can set you on a path you may not want to cling to.This is the time to support your path and shine up your Brilliance through your own words to YOUR SELF!
