What new habits are you guys going to create? What bad habits are you going to drop?
Lately on Let’s Truck, Kevin Rutherford has been talking about making tiny improvements every day. Today, the thing we’ve learned is that most of us try too hard for too short of a period of time, so we don’t build the habit and we don’t see the results. So we give up!
Today Kevin is back on the road for the first time since July. So we’re looking at how these newly formed habits are going to keep up, on the road, in the truck. What he can say, this early, is that it’s much easier to maintain these exercises and changes, now that they’ve become habits.
Of course, nothing comes easily. You have to give some things up, in order to not give up on your new habits. Like Kevin, he’s given up on social media and television, but he’s kept up with his company work and his health!
