She specializes in helping women to effectively manage major challenges such as relationship issues, grief, divorce, careers, self-doubt, or lack of purpose.  Her clients discover their strengths, gain clarity & begin living with more fulfilment.  CO-HOST BIO: Richard ‘Spike’ Jones, a man of great faith & love of family, is a retired Program Director with the Army Audit Agency.  He is currently a Mortgage Signing Agent (Notary), and is pursuing accreditation in Financial Services (tax preparation, health & life insurance sales.)

GUEST BIO: Keitha V. Johnson is a Christian Comedian & inspirational speaker, blessed with the gift of humor to celebrate our Lord and Savior. She has performed throughout the U.S, having the distinction of opening for CeCe Winans and for Richard Smallwood.  When she’s not writing Christian comedy or performing her soul stirring & knee slapping routines for crowds, she is serving full time as the Director of Ministry Services at Antioch Baptist Church in Fairfax Station, VA.  Keitha V is also a veteran of the US Army serving honorably for 20 years in the Adjutant General’s Corps in the US, Europe & Asia.
