Anger.  That word raises all sorts of judgments and connotations.  How can we make sense out of anger, and how do we control it when we find it bubbling in our bellies?  Is there any possible benefit to anger?  Our conversation today focuses on the nature of anger, exactly what it is, where it comes from, and how to use it effectively in order to create positive energy and action.
