Guest Bio: Anita Banks, born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, is a Regional Account Manager with the General Services Administration (GSA). Her extensive acquisition portfolio and background include serving as a Warranted Contracting Officer and Contracts Branch Chief in GSA before which she held progressive positions in various Department of Defense acquisition organizations. Anita is a graduate of Harvard University’s Senior Executive Fellows Program. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ohio State Univ and a Masters in HR Mgmt from Troy State Univ. Anita and her late husband, Reginald Banks, Colonel, USAF Retired, have two daughters, and one granddaughter. Anita is a member of Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, VA. And she is Chaplain of the Northern VA Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
