Undivided is a podcast series focused on breaking down the barriers that society has installed to divide people across cultural, ethnic, religious, political, economic, and educational lines. The program seeks to identify the disconnect and then overcome it by providing solutions which foster harmony, unity, and peace.

This episode in the series will look at the transitions in life that effect people such as retirement, job loss, career change, loss of a spouse, and changes in the family dynamic. These changes can leave people divided internally, divided within their family, divided in their office or workplace, and divided within a community. The dialogue will seek to identify solutions to those barriers and provide constructive advice to find peace within yourself and with those around you.

My special guest will be Patrick Sweeney who is a professional writer and coach. His coaching practice focuses on life transitions. Mr. Sweeney is a

writer, executive coach, transitions, coach, and has a Master's Degree in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Patrick was the former president of Caliper, an international business consulting firm which he helped reorganize and realign their services and internal procedures. He has also published "Succeed on Your Own Terms" which was a New York Times Bestseller and has a second book due out in May. He is also coach certified by the International Coaching Federation and his expertise will guide this show.
